Enabling Flash
Recently, web browsers have started disabling Adobe Flash by default. If you're having difficulty uploading files into SiteHQ, then you might need to re-enable Flash.
How to tell if Flash isn't working
Content Editor / TinyMCE
If nothing is appearing in the Upload Files box, then Flash isn't enabled.
File Manager / Image Gallery
If the grey Browse button is missing, then Flash isn't enabled.
How to enable Flash in Google Chrome
- Click the Padlock or (i) icon just to the left of the URL.
- In the dropdown that appears, find the Flash option, and set it to Always allow on this site.
- Refresh the page
